Return and Exchange Policy

Solios has a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery on all products purchased directly from our website. We offer free and easy returns/exchange for all domestic and international orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition. You will also need your order number as well as the postal code or email address associated with the purchase.
All items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. All watches must not have been worn or used, and must be in its original packaging. If we believe that the items are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse them and refuse to refund or exchange the items. The items will be returned to you, at your own expense, or kept without refunding you, depending on your preferred choice.
Please note the following:
  • Engraving are non refundable – you can exchange an engraved watch but we will charge for a new engraving.
  • Sales marked as ''Final sales'' are not refundable
  • Fees may apply for an exchange with a higher-priced item
  • Solios is not responsible for products lost or stolen during the return delivery process.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return, please have your order number and either your email address or postal code ready. Complete the form provided below to proceed. Within 48 business hours, we will send you a shipping label via email. You will need to print this label and securely attach it to your package. Carefully package the watch, ensuring it is well-protected for its journey back to our office. Finally, drop the package off at the designated carrier drop-off point.
  • Please choose the appropriate reason for return/exchange, this will ensure we treat your order accordingly.
  • Allow up to 10 business days from the day the item is delivered in our warehouse to be processed.
  • After processing your return, you will receive a confirmation email for the refund. Please note that the refund will be made through the same payment method used initially, and it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your bank account.

What should I do if I received the wrong or damaged order?

If your package does not match your order or is damaged, please contact us at and provide your order number
along with a photo of the received items. We will do our best to ensure that you receive the correct order as soon as possible.
