Watches need some care. Even if solar movements extend the lifespan of a regular battery watch, it still needs some love. We're here to give it.


Solios takes pride in our craftsmanship and is confident in the durability of our products. As a testament to this, we are pleased to offer an extended warranty of 36 months on every watch purchased through our website. This warranty period is an extension of 12 to 24 months beyond what many of our competitors offer.

3 Year Limited Warranty

Solios warrants that each of our watches will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover straps, crown, glass, plating, scratches, water damage, damages caused by an accident or misuse, any alteration, service, or repairs performed by a party other than Solios Watches.

Accident, Loss or Theft

Solios is not responsible for the loss or theft of your package once it has left our warehouse. Before completing your order, please review your shipping address to avoid any errors or confusion. If the theft occurred after the delivery of your order, we invite you to file a claim with the carrier using your tracking number.
Please note that Solios does not assume responsibility and does not provide a warranty for incidents involving accidents, loss, or theft.


At Solios, we are committed to minimizing the number of watches that end up in landfills. To support this mission, we offer repair services for all our watches, regardless of their warranty status. Solios operates these repair services without making any profit. Our primary goal is to ensure your Solios watch continues to function flawlessly for as long as possible.

How do repairs work?

  1. Initiate Repair Request: Begin by completing the form below.
  2. Assessment: Our team will contact you to understand the issue with your watch and determine whether it is still under warranty.
  3. Decision to Repair: Based on our assessment, you can decide whether to send your watch back for repair.
  4. Cost Estimate: For watches not covered under warranty, we will inspect the watch and provide an estimated repair cost.
  5. Approval: We await your approval before proceeding with any repairs.
  6. Final Steps: Once the repair (and any related expenses, if the watch is out of warranty) and shipping fees are settled, Solios will return your watch to you.
  7. Alternative Options: If you decide against the repair, you have the option to have the watch returned to you at your expense or to have it recycled, based on your preference.

How much do repairs cost?

When a watch is under warranty, Solios covers all costs related to the repair, including replacement parts and shipping both ways. Our commitment ensures that your watch remains in perfect working order without any additional expense on your part.

If your watch is no longer covered by our warranty, you will be responsible for all related costs. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Sending Your Watch: If you choose to send us your Solios for repair, you will need handle shipping fees.
  2. Repair Costs: Depending on the nature of the issue, repair costs generaly range between $50 and $90.
  3. Shipping Costs: Once repaired, the cost to ship the watch back to you will depend on your location:
  • USA & Canada: $20
  • Europe: $50
  • Rest of World: $70
Should your watch be deemed irreparable and it is not under warranty, our team will contact you directly to discuss the next steps. We understand the sentimental and monetary value of your watch and will handle each case with the utmost care and consideration.

How long do repairs take?

Solar watches require more time for analysis and repair due to their complex technology. However, we are committed to providing efficient service. Once we have processed your watch upon its arrival at our warehouse, please anticipate up to 60 days to receive it back. We appreciate your patience and are dedicated to ensuring your watch is returned to you in excellent working condition.

How to Repair your Solios

To begin a repair or file a warranty claim, please ensure you have your order number and either your email address or postal code at hand. Fill out the provided form to initiate the process. Within 48 business hours, we will email you detailed instructions for either conducting preliminary tests on your watch at home or preparing it for return. For items under warranty, this will include a shipping label.
Ensure your watch is securely packaged to protect it during transit back to our office. Once ready, please take the package to the specified carrier drop-off point.

  • Shipping charges may apply if a functionning watch still under warranty is sent to us.
  • Allow up to 10 business days from the day the item is delivered in our warehouse to be processed.
  • Once received and processed, our team will follow up with you regarding potential fees that may apply to repair the watch.

What should I do if I received the wrong or damaged order?

If your package does not match your order or is damaged, please contact us at clients@solioswatches.com and provide your order number
along with a photo of the received items. We will do our best to ensure that you receive the correct order as soon as possible.
